If you follow me on SnapChat you know I have to take a few days off of training due to my surgeries (removal of atypical beauty marks). It’s hard for me to be inactive & sit still because if my ADHD so I have to dial in my diet even more. If I’ve learned anything it’s that you should listen and respect your body when it needs time to recover. I’ll be eating clean, taking my @shredz supplements and waiting eagerly to hit the gym hard again 🙌🏼 by laurendrainfit
